Key Responsibilities, Main Tasks

• Take over role as subject matter expert, advisor, or project/team lead in a client project
• Ensure that defined project results are delivered within defined time and cost frame and according to required quality
• Contribute to development of internal concepts, methods, tools and offerings
• Depending on agreed role in client project

Education and Experience Requirements

• Graduation: Bachelor / Master diploma of FH or University
• Working experience: min. 5 years, including “real” project work
• Background: IT (e.g. service management, software development, architecture), basic financial background (desirable)
• Technical: proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint; must), unique skills complementing available november skills, e.g. mobile apps, SharePoint, web technologies (desirable)
• Project and program management: team lead or basic project management experience (desirable)
• Workshop facilitation: n/a
• Desirable certifications: IT service mgmt (ITIL), Project Management (e.g. PMI, IPMA, PRINCE2)
• Driver’s license: must
