Stephen Rietiker is a Senior Management Consultant who successfully consulted national and international clients mostly in the financial sector for PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM Business Consulting Services, both global Management Consulting firms. Apart from his focus on effective and sustainable strategy implementation, the main topics were IT management and the management of complex transformations. On top of that, Stephen is the author of the highly respected book "the ninth key" in which he describes ways how organizations achieve a project conscious management. Stephen is member of the executive board of the Swiss Project Management Assocation (spm). He lives close to Winterthur, Switzerland. A selection of the projects he was responsible for:

• Managing a cooperation program of two major state banks
• Managing the reorganization of the IT for a Swiss credit card company
• Program management for the technical de-merger (carve-out) of a global semiconductor manufacturer in Germany
• Implementation of project management and project portfolio management, harmonization of the corporate planning process and strategy development for realigning the IT in a midsize Swiss state bank

Christoph Emmenegger is an experienced Management Consultant who spent many years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, a global Management Consulting firm. During the last six years he has acted in various international senior management positions for the global logistics service provider DHL. In his last role he was responsible for a business intelligence and cross functional team on European level. He lives close to Basel, Switzerland. His project summary:

• Mediation between a private bank and a global IT outsourcing provider
• IT process and quality review for a Swiss service provider in financial transactions
• Advice and support to the set-up of the Program Management for the restructuring of the entire IT environment for the Swiss Federal Administration
• Project management for the development of a production planning system in the pharmaceutical industry

Rolf Tschaeppeler has long-standing experience as a Management Consultant and Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as leader of the Technology Strategy team in IBM Business Consulting Services. In his last position he acted as CEO of SynSpace AG, a Swiss consulting firm, specialized in process improvement. Rolf lives close to Basel, Switzerland. In the past years, Rolf led many projects, did consulting in behavioral change management and coached people in different management positions:

• Managing the implementation of a project management tool in the head quarter and 30 countries for an international logistic provider
• Strategy- and organizational development for a Swiss IT service provider
• Coaching a program manager in the reorganization of an entire bank
• Responsible for an entire IT reorganization mandate in a midsize Swiss bank
