gdpmmaster™ is a pragmatic, purely web based open source tool to support the GDPM approach and collaboration trough a powerful open source web framework based on Drupal.

We offer gdpmmaster™ in two versions:

• As a hosted service with secure access (SSL) and daily backup. Includes support in custom configuration and best integration into custom environment
• As an "open source package" for free for installation on your own web server

gdpmmaster™ provides the following major features:

• Supports GDPM with multi PROJECTS, MILESTONES, ACTIVITIES, DELIVERABLES and RESPOSIBILITIES
• Support of RISK/ISSUE management, estimating on MILESTONE level, CONTRACT and ACTUAL management of involved individuals
• Each user has a view of his involvement in MILESTONES, ACTIVITIES, DELIVERABLES and RISKS
• Fully web based, according to industry standards with full revision history, many additional functionality (e.g. notification, bookmarking, comments, forum, blog etc.) and configurable role model

Typical use cases of gdpmmaster™:

• Maintain your project inventory with budget, status and major milestones of your projects centrally
• Use your registered users together with their profiles to maintain your project resources
• Manage a set of projects which belong to a program and keep the overview on all milestones, activities, involved individuals, deliverables and risks

Current limitations

• User interface in English only
• No graphical representation of the milestone plan; no dependency management
• Result paths are just represented by the milestone IDs
• No resource based planning and reporting
• Limited responsibility overview (only P X C D managed on MILESTONE level)
